1. Who we are

Kelp Exchange is a private marketplace for members of the Kelp coworking community in Ericeira. Access is by invitation only.

2. What data we collect

• Google account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, provided when you sign in with Google.
• Phone number — entered by you during registration, used to verify membership and enable WhatsApp contact on listings.
• Listing content — titles, descriptions, availability dates, and photos you upload when posting a listing.
• Profile photo — may be pre-filled from your WhatsApp profile picture if you were added to the platform by an admin.

3. How we use your data

• To verify you are an authorised member of the community.
• To display your name, photo, and listings to other members.
• To allow other members to contact you via WhatsApp or email about your listings.

4. Who can see your data

Your name, profile photo, and listings are visible to other verified members of Kelp Exchange. Your phone number is used to generate WhatsApp contact links on your listings and is visible to other members in that context. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

5. Data storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage), hosted in the EU. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth using Google OAuth.

6. Your rights

You can update your profile information at any time from your profile page. You can delete your listings at any time. To request full deletion of your account and data, contact us at the email below.
