Terms of Service

1. What this is

Kelp Exchange is a private, members-only marketplace for the Kelp coworking community. It allows members to post and browse listings for desks, housing, cars, and other items. Access is restricted to authorised members.

2. Eligibility

You may only use Kelp Exchange if you have been granted access by a Kelp administrator. Access may be revoked at any time.

3. Your listings

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.
• Listings must relate to genuine offers or requests within the community.
• You must not post anything illegal, offensive, or misleading.
• Administrators may remove listings that violate these terms.

4. Transactions

Kelp Exchange is a communication tool only. Any agreement, transaction, or arrangement made between members is solely between those members. Kelp Exchange takes no responsibility for the outcome of any exchange, rental, or transaction arranged through the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other members' data without authorisation, or use the platform for any commercial purpose beyond genuine community exchanges.

6. Limitation of liability

Kelp Exchange is provided as-is for the benefit of the community. We make no warranties and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform or any transaction between members.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
